This membership differs from the other memberships as it includes access to pilates and strength training videos in addition to the videos available with the other subscriptions. Lissa will also offer somatic wisdom videos through this membership as well in the future.

This series includes mindfulness meditation, mindful movement, and reflections and guidance related to approaches to help resource and reduce stress and anxiety levels. The series was offered live in the past and participants highly praised it in helping them to feel more ease and better able to navigate the challenges in life.
