
Lissa will offer space to support folks with their mindfulness practice in these 1:1 check in meetings. These sessions are not covered via insurance, are not intended to be a psychotherapy session, and have no geographic restrictions associated with them.
Please offer what you can for these 25-minute online sessions. Please note that we may be able to meet for longer mentoring sessions after we have met and discussed your needs.
