30-Minute Resourcing Practice: Release Stress & Challenging Emotions

In this practice, Lissa will guide us in resourcing mindful movement practices as well as supportive vagus nerve practices like humming, swaying, and soothing self-touch) to support releasing stress and challenging emotions. There will be extended time for shaking, stomping, jumping, and bouncing as well -- if you have an exercise ball you can feel free to use that for the practice. Other optional props include blocks, bolsters or pillows, and a chair. We can be seated, standing, or lying down for various parts of the practice and modify as we need. Please pardon any occasional sound glitches during the last song played in the practice.
