In this practice, Lissa will guide us in mindful movement practices (qigong, yoga, playful and intuitive movement, as well as supportive vagus nerve practices like humming, swaying, and soothing self-touch) to support releasing stress and challenging emotions. There will be extended time for shaking, stomping, jumping, and bouncing as well -- if you have an exercise ball you can feel free to use that for the practice. Other optional props include blocks, bolsters or pillows, and a chair. We can be seated, standing, or lying down for various parts of the practice and modify as we need. Please pardon any occasional sound glitches during the last song played in the practice. Please note there is a 30-minute version of this practice in the resourcing section.
