In this practice, Lissa leads us in a guided meditation for us to be held and supported with compassion for any parts of us where that is needed.
Before or after the practice, it may be helpful to also listen to a compassion mantra chant calling in the bodhisattva of compassion of many names including Kuan Yin, Tara, Avalokiteshvara.
