In this practice, Lissa guides us into reflecting on what feels most present from the past year (or any other resonant time frame) and noticing if there's anything that's in need of care as well as noticing anything that can be set down. We also have time to reflect on any aspirations we would like to make for the new year (or any other resonant time frame).

Optional items for practice: journal, pen, music, candles, stuffed animal, picture or object representing ancestors or nature, etc.
