In this practice, Lissa guides us through yoga practices (mostly close to the ground with minimal standing postures) to become curious and explore the different positions of the pelvis in different poses and to help us find our middle and notice the points at which our pelvis moves most towards neutral. We're supported in noticing changes in the way our breath flows in these various postures and shapes as well.
