Glutes/Lower Body Challenge & Care (20 mins) pilates

In this class, Lissa guides us in movements to strengthen and offer care for the glutes, hips, and lower body.

Props recommended: wall space that you can access and foam roller

Half of the class will involve rolling and myofascial release work or you can do stretches to offer care to the body.

Contraindications/precautions to foam rolling:

  • Fresh injuries when inflammation can be at its peak. 
  • Certain stages of neuropathy. 
  • Pregnancy. 
  • Diabetes.
  • Hypertension. 
  • Osteoporosis. 
  • Inflammatory phase of arthritis.
