In this embodied journaling practice, Lissa guides us in reflecting on that which we'd like to release and that which we'd like to nurture tapping in the wisdom and guidance of the body. This practice can be done near the start of a year, month, day, moment, etc. We are encouraged to consider the inclusion of elements to support us in this practice.
