In Traditional Chinese Medicine, the liver resonates with the wood element and is most influential in the spring season. In this practice, we will be supported with movements to help offer nourishment and care to the liver. We are invited to help release, process, and metabolize any anger, resentment, and hostility that can build up in the liver bringing the liver out of balance and drawing in compassion, kindness, and generosity for the liver, body, and being as well.
