In this practice, we are invited to hold space and offer care to any anger or grief present for us on a personal, intergenerational, and collective level. We will be supported with dharma reflections and mindfulness-based and experiential practices. There will be space to incorporate humming, swaying, and to take in the sounds of the ocean.
